Shipping:
All products that in stock will be shipped out 2-3 days after payment has been received. If you have added embroidery to your products your items will be shipped out 3-5 days after payment is received. As for made to order items shipping details will be giving with the invoice. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
***Please be aware that shipping can take little bit more time than indicated, unfortunately that is something we can not affect. Some post office’s take longer time to deliver your package.
Returns:
Nanners by Annie accepts returns up to 14 days after purchase for any reason at all.
-Unwashed and not damaged
-The cost for shipping the product back to us is for the customer.
-all items returned after the 14 days will not be processed

However, All orders made to order and embroidered orders cannot be returned since they are custom made for you. If you have a problem with your made to order items please contact info@nannersbyannie.com where we will be happy to help you with any problems you may have.
