Complaints and problems:
At Nanners by Annie we care about our products, and we do everything we can to deliver you the best product possible. However, we are aware that problems can occur.
Any defect present on receiving the product has to be reported within 14 days. Any defect that arises during the warranty period has to be reported as soon as possible.
Right to return products within 14 days
As stated by law, you have the right to return your products within 14 days after receiving the products. This does not apply on products made to order or with embroidery. Check our return page for more information.
